Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Postage:
- UK delivery is provided by Royal Mail Tracked.
- Non-UK delivery rates are offered for some areas of the world. I typically use Royal Mail international tracked.
Customs and import taxes: For the USA, Royal Mail includes the 10% tariff, so this will be included in your postage cost here. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. I do not accept responsibility for any additional payments, taxes, or fees applied by your country or local authorities.

The information I collect and how it is used:
When you’re placing an order, I collect personal information such as your name, address and email address purely to fulfil your order. My shop is hosted by IONOS, who provides the online e-commerce platform that allows me to show and sell my products. I do not receive or handle information about your credit card or any other payment method you use: Stripe securely receives and stores that kind of information.
With your permission, I may send you emails about my shop, new products and other updates. You can always easily withdraw your consent from receiving newsletters and commercial communications by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any such email.
I collect and save any communication that you send in order to provide the best customer service I can and it will never be shared with any third party.
How I use the information you provide:
• To provide you the service you requested
• To communicate with you regarding the fulfilment of your order
• To communicate with you, if you have given your consent, regarding promotions, contests, offers and surveys.
• To analyse your interaction with our shop and provide better products and services.
• To comply with any legal requirements, such as tax and other government regulations and industry standards.

In general, any third party services will be provided only the absolutely necessary information to allow them to perform the service I require. This section will be updated with details as and when appropriate.
